Hiii!! Welcome to my first post. Today I have prepared something hatke name of my todays recipes is "MAGGIE PAKODAS". Its a very easy and tasty recipie in just 8 steps. With one pack of 10 rupees Maggie Maggie Maggie..
MAGGIE PAKODAS
MAGGIE PAKODAS
Ingridients: for pakodas
1 packet of Maggie noodles
1 cup of water
Ingridients: for sauce
Maggie noodles taste maker 1 packet
Tomato sauce 2 tabl spoons
Water 1/2 cup
Oil 1 teaspn
Coriander (for garnishing)
PROCEDURE
Heat a cup of water once it starts boiling put the maggie noodles in boiling water and let it cook. See that u dont add the taste maker. Let the noodles cook for a while.
Step two:
After the noodles are cooked drain the water if remaining.
Once the water is drained. Place the cooked noodles in a plate spread it and let it cool. See that the noodles are cooled and are on room temperature. Once they are cooled down the noodles will become sticky and they will stick each other.
Try to lift the sticky noodles above if u can lift the noodles without breaking this means that your noodles are ready to cut and fry
Cut the round form of noodles in square form with the help of knife.
Step six:
Heat the oil in a kadhai. Deep fry the noodles until they turn into golden brown.
Step seven:
Take tspn of the left over oil. Add tomato sauce, tastemaker and 1/2 cup of water and let it boil for a minute. You may also add vegetables if you want.
Your MAGGIE PAKODAS are ready. Serve the pakodas with this sauce. Garnish it with coriander leaves. And have it the way you want....
