Jiggle wiggle watermelon
Hii guys....
Ingridients:
Watermelon 1/2 (small sized)
Gelatin 1packet (from crown gelatin box)
Sugar (as per sweetness required by you)
Procedure:
Step1:
Take the half watermelon and remove the red part of it without harming the peel
Step 2:
Grind the red part and strain the juice in a bowl.
STEP3:
Take 1/4 part of the juice in another bowl and add gelatin in it mix it well and let it stand for three minutes.
STEP 4:
Add sugar as per the sweetness required by you in rest of the juice and keep it on low flame till the sugar is dissolved.
STEP 5:
Now add the gelatin mixture in the warm juice mix it and remove it from the flame.
STEP 6:
Now pour the batter in the watermelon peel or any mould aned keep it in refrigerator for 5 to 6 hour it may even take long to set.
STEP7:
Once the jelly is set your JIGGLE WIGGLE WATERMELON IS READY......
